Hood & Deck Release |
| 1. Read all instructions before benning installation. |
| 2. Locate where you want the handle to be mounted. |
| 3. Remove cable from handle |
| 4. Mount handle. |
| 5. Re-Assemble cable to handle. |
| 6. Route cable to hood or deck. (To promote greater cable life, avoid making severe bends or installing cable near anything that generates heat). |
| 7. Pull inner cable out of handle end approx. 2 feet. Cut off excess housing using diagonal cutters. |
| 8. Attach housing cap at bare end of housing by slippng on the cap and gently crimp using a pair of pliers. |
| 9. Push inner cable back through housing. |
| 10. Mount housing in place using supplied clamps. |
| 11. Attach inner cable to latch with provided hardware. |
| 12. Trim off excess inner cable, using diagonal cutters. |
| Note: WHEN INSTALLING NO FRAY STOP, DON'T OVER TIGHTEN. |
